Three building blocks, one product: Inlead combines marine fatty acids with vitamins D3 and K2. In contrast to more economical combinations, this product deliberately uses higher levels. The daily portion of four softgels provides a significant amount of EPA and DHA as well as an appreciable daily intake of vitamin D3 and K2. If you are not looking for a minimal intake but a serious daily supply, you will find a coherent overall concept here.

Four softgels a day as a fixed unit

The recommendation is two softgels twice a day. This division makes two things easier: the fat-soluble vitamins are better absorbed in conjunction with meals and the dose is distributed more comfortably throughout the day.
