ZinkMA is an effective sports supplement based on optimally assimilable zinc-L-monomethionine, magnesium and vitamin B6. These regulating substances, which are immensely important for the entire metabolism, contribute to a normal testosterone level in the blood and to the regulation of the hormone system.

The sex hormone testosterone is one of the most important hormones for muscle building. Optimized testosterone levels are also associated with improved regeneration, fat loss and increased sexual desire, drive, endurance and strength.

What can I expect from ZinkMA?

ZincMA is an element matrix that acts as a regulator in the body. If, like many athletes, you are severely deficient in zinc, magnesium or vitamin B6, supplementation with ZincMA will be noticeable and extremely effective, helping to normalize blood testosterone levels, the immune system and muscle function while reducing fatigue.

If, contrary to the majority of athletes, your supply is good, you will not benefit as much from ZincMA and should prefer other supplements. As a rule, however, ZincMA usually works very well at the beginning (because there is often a severe element deficiency) and decreases as the body becomes increasingly saturated.

If you are aiming to build muscle, you should ensure that your protein and amino acid intake is sufficient and as constant as possible, as protein is required to build muscle. In this case, you should also provide yourself with fast (especially in the morning after getting up, before and after training) and slow proteins as well as other substrates if required. As the zinc in ZinkMA contributes to normal protein synthesis, ZinkMA can also be helpful for you in this context.

Functionality and mode of action of ZinkMA

In contrast to conventional zinc and magnesium supplements, ZinkMA is a supplement with optimally assimilable (utilizable) zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. These three micronutrients are extremely important for a large number of metabolic processes.

The optimal resorption (bioavailability) of zinc is related to the chelate binding to the amino acid methionine, while magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide provides an excellent mixture for an acute and longer-lasting supply of magnesium.

Magnesium and zinc activate well over 300 enzymes (biocatalysts) and, together with vitamin B6, are essential for numerous bodily functions.

Functionality of zinc and vitamin B6

The role of zinc for testosterone levels should be emphasized. It has been proven that zinc contributes to a normal testosterone level in the blood, which is unfortunately not the rule for intensive athletes. Zinc is supported by vitamin B6, which also has a regulating function with regard to hormone activity. In this context, it is not surprising that zinc promotes normal fertility and reproduction.

Zinc is also important for the immune system and, together with vitamin B6, contributes to normal immune system function and cell protection against oxidative stress, which is why zinc is often supplemented if the immune system is weakened. Zinc is also popular because it has a positive effect on the maintenance of normal skin and vision as well as normal bones, hair and nails.

The importance of zinc is also reflected in the fact that it supports normal DNA synthesis, i.e. the carrier substance of genetic material, and - like magnesium - has a function in cell division. Zinc is also involved in maintaining normal cognitive functions. The metabolic processes that zinc can optimize or normalize include Carbohydrate, fatty acid, acid-base and vitamin A metabolism.

Functionality of magnesium and vitamin B6

The vital mineral magnesium, together with vitamin B6, contributes to normal energy metabolism and thus also to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue. It is also helpful for normal muscle function, which is why magnesium is one of the most popular supplements after an intensive training session. The positive support of the balance of electrolytes and minerals and the regulation of the water balance should also be emphasized.

Together with zinc, magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis, a basic requirement for muscle building. Magnesium and vitamin B6 are important for the nervous system and its normal function. Like zinc, magnesium has a positive effect on normal bones and also normal teeth and, like vitamin B6, can normalize psychological functions. This is why magnesium is also popularly known as the "salt of inner peace".

In addition to the functionalities mentioned above - particularly with regard to energy metabolism and the nervous system - vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis and normal protein, glycogen and homocysteine metabolism. Finally, it should be emphasized that vitamin B6 is an important factor for the normal formation of red blood cells
