Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, calcium gluconate 14%, magnesium gluconate 9.3%, coating [glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl cellulose), acidity regulator (calcium sulphate), bulking agent (magnesium carbonates), anti-caking agent (cellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), bulking agent (cross-linked cellulose gum).

Take 1 portion daily with a meal.
