Leucine is described in research as the most important single trigger of muscle protein synthesis. The rest of the profile is spread across L-valine (1469 mg), L-lysine hydrochloride (1469 mg), L-phenylalanine (1200 mg), L-threonine (1000 mg), L-isoleucine (600 mg), L-histidine (460 mg), L-methionine (334 mg), and L-tryptophan (134 mg).

What stands out is that L-valine, at 1469 mg, is dosed significantly higher than L-isoleucine (600 mg). Most EAA products on the market keep isoleucine and valine at a similar level. Inlead deliberately deviates here and shifts the emphasis toward valine.

Recommended use
