Inflammation is an important aspect of athletic success, supporting healing and regeneration after hard training (1). Short, acute training-induced inflammatory reactions are crucial for muscle growth and increased strength (2). They initiate important growth processes and promote glucose uptake by the muscles (3). In addition, they also play a decisive role in the conversion of dormant satellite cells into fully developed muscle cells (4) and can reduce myostatin levels, which can otherwise restrict muscle growth (5). Without inflammation, therefore, neither ideal muscle growth nor an optimal increase in strength would be possible. Unfortunately, however, inflammation can also quickly degenerate and inflammation levels can rise too high. The consequences of this can include not only severely restricted regeneration or joint and muscle pain. Chronic inflammation is also a trigger for many diseases and ailments. Studies have shown links between high levels of inflammation and diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity and Alzheimer's (6,7,8,9,10,11).

Ingredients of Anti Inflammation

Anti Inflammation from Gods Rage can help to alleviate inflammation and thereby accelerate regeneration processes with its potent active ingredient matrix. Anti Inflammation uses highly effective plant-based active ingredients for this purpose. These have been used for years in traditional medicine in various cultures and their effect has been proven in numerous studies. One ingredient used in Anti Inflammation is bromelain. Bromelain is an enzyme that occurs naturally in the pineapple fruit. It is primarily known for its effect in supporting protein digestion and absorption. However, it also has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. According to researchers, this is based, among other things, on reducing the body's own levels of the pro-inflammatory compounds cyclooxygenase-2 (COX2), TNF-alpha, TNF-beta, IFN-y and prostaglandin E2 (PGE-2) (12). Bromelain also blocked the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in test subjects in a scientific study by inhibiting ERK-2 transmission (12). Bromelain appears to be particularly effective for joint problems such as arthritis. In studies, it not only relieved joint pain and swelling, but also reduced joint stiffness in the test subjects (13,14). In addition, a study showed that bromelain reduced muscle soreness after training and significantly accelerated the healing of training-related muscle damage (15, 16). Another ingredient used is berberine. Berberine is an alkaloid that can be extracted from barberry, among other things. It has been used for many years in various ancient medical systems such as traditional Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Although berberine is primarily known for its blood sugar-lowering effects, scientific studies have shown that it also has pronounced anti-inflammatory effects (17,18). These ingredients are supplemented by curcumin. This is particularly known for its highly effective anti-inflammatory properties, which studies have shown can even compete with some anti-inflammatory drugs (19, 20, 21). According to researchers, these effects are based, among other things, on the inhibition of endogenous pro-inflammatory compounds such as COX-2, TNF-Alpha and NF-KB, which play a key role in chronic inflammation (19, 22). It is also interesting in this context that curcumin was able to combat inflammation at the molecular level in one study (23, 24).

Anti Inflammation from Gods Rage combines potent ingredients to provide optimal support for your body when it comes to fighting inflammation. This means that nothing stands in your way on your way to better performance. So what are you waiting for, Valhalla is calling you.
