What is nicotinamide riboside?

Nicotinamide riboside (NR) is a form of vitamin B3 and a direct precursor of NAD⁺, the central coenzyme of your cellular energy. This coenzyme drives the reactions that your cells use to generate energy, and its level decreases with age. Your cells produce new NAD⁺ directly from NR. As a form of B3, it also fulfils a recognized function: contributing to normal energy metabolism.

Pure nicotinamide riboside in every capsule
