      Digestion-supporting products are relatively new and absolute niche products. At the same time, however, complaints about flatulence, indigestion and bloated bellies are ubiquitous in bodybuilding and weight training.

      Getting enough fiber through the diet should clearly remain the goal, but what if one or the other does not succeed, or perhaps does not want to succeed at all due to meals that are already too large?

      In these cases, it has been shown that it can be wise to consume certain enzymes and absorption aids in order to be able to carry out the build-up or the diet without any worries.

In addition to more well-known digestive aids such as ginger, Enzyme+ also contains a good dose of Amla powder.
