Valhalla has been impressing with consistent results for years. This is mainly due to the active ingredient matrix, which is based on mixing potent active ingredients that support each other's effects. Valhalla does not rely on vast amounts of harsh stimulants, which can unfortunately cause inner restlessness and nervousness in many users in addition to the desired effects. Instead, the main focus of the pre-workout is on focus, so that you can give your all during training without simply feeling overexcited. Valhalla works with different combinations of active ingredients, each of which improves a different aspect of your training. When you combine these aspects, it quickly becomes clear why Valhalla has been so popular for over 6 years.

Pump & Endurance Matrix

Strength endurance is an important attribute when it comes to getting the most out of every workout. For this reason, we have developed the Pump & Endurance Matrix to improve your muscle endurance and effectively delay the onset of muscle fatigue. At the same time, Valhalla significantly increases your pump. One of the ways we do this is by maximizing the body's own nitric oxide production

Nitric oxide is a gaseous compound that relaxes the smooth muscles in your veins, causing your veins to widen considerably. The greatly dilated veins allow an increased amount of blood to reach the muscles under strain (1,2,3). The pump you get from this further increases your muscle endurance. This is due to the fact that a maximum blood supply is synonymous with a maximum supply of oxygen. Increased blood flow is also accompanied by an improved nutrient supply (4,5). Thissupports ATP production and the storage of glycogen in the muscles. It stimulates muscle protein synthesis and thus supports your muscle building. The Pump & Endurance Matrix consists of L-citrulline malate, L-arginine hydrochloride, beta-alanine and beet powder. All these ingredients ensure maximum blood flow and optimized muscle endurance (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

Energy & Neurosensory Matrix

To improve your focus and thus your concentration during training, we use a sophisticated combination of active ingredients for the Valhalla Booster. This does not require any harsh stimulants, which prevents a crash after training. Unnecessary nervousness and inner restlessness can also be avoided thanks to the proven combination of ingredients, so that nothing stands in the way of your training. Taurine improves the body's performance (9). N-acetyl-L-tyrosine ensures better cognitive function in stressful situations, which certainly includes training (10). In addition, both ingredients have an influence on your metabolism and thus support your energy during training. Cordyceps sinensis has the same effect by increasing ATP production (11), while ginkgo biloba leaf extract improves focus (12) and also optimally supports the Pump Matrix thanks to its circulation-promoting effect (13). Schisandra chinensis fruit powder promotes your concentration through its adaptogenic effect and thus contributes to a razor-sharp focus (14). Cocoa extract, guarana and caffeine have a stimulating effect on the body and thus ensure increased performance and energy (15,16,17,18). This matrix is rounded off with Rhodiola Rosea extract. This has been shown in studies to improve mental performance, but it also acts as a powerful adaptogen and can also improve focus (19).

Antioxidant matrix

Free radicals are aggressive, highly reactive oxygen compounds that can damage or even destroy both your (muscle) cells and your DNA through unwanted chemical reactions. Elevated levels of free radicals are associated with a variety of diseases. They also appear to accelerate the body's ageing process (20,21). During intense exercise, oxidative stress can lead to an increased production of these free radicals. The highly effective antioxidants contained in the Antioxidant Matrix can effectively neutralize these free radicals. As a result, they can no longer cause any damage. This protects your muscles from damage, but also improves your regeneration and recovery. In addition, the ingredients of the Antioxidant Matrix naturally have other benefits. The pomegranate fruit extract it contains, for example, has shown anti-inflammatory effects in scientific studies (22). Acerola fruit extract is one of the most concentrated sources of natural vitamin C (23), which also has an anti-inflammatory effect and promotes the body's own collagen formation (24,25). According to scientific studies, hesperidin has the ability to stimulate muscle growth (26) and is also an extremely antioxidant ingredient (27). The immune system benefits from the grape seed extract it contains. This has an anti-bacterial effect (28) and has been shown in studies to promote nitric oxide production (29,30). It therefore also supports the effect of the Pump-Matrix. Silver willow bark extract is best known for its naturally occurring version of acetylsalicylic acid - the active ingredient in aspirin - known as salicin. It has an anti-inflammatory effect (31) and thus promotes regeneration. Astaxanthin also promotes the function of the immune system (32) and has a decisive influence on the metabolism (33).

Vitamins and minerals

Niacin, vitamin B12 and magnesium bisglycinate round off the various active ingredient complexes. Niacin is an essential vitamin that plays a crucial role in your body's energy production and the function of your nervous system (34). In addition, niacin can dilate your blood vessels via an effect independent of nitric oxide production and thus promote blood circulation (35). Vitamin B12 also plays an important role in the normal functioning of the nervous system, energy metabolism and cell division. Magnesium bisglycinate has a whole range of important benefits for the body. As magnesium plays an important role in energy metabolism, it was able to significantly increase training performance in the study setting (36,37).

However, all these active ingredients only benefit the body if they can be optimally absorbed. For this reason, Valhalla contains piperine & cayenne pepper extract. Both ingredients ensure that the booster can have a much longer and stronger effect by inhibiting many of the enzymes that would otherwise break down the ingredients (38,39).

As you can see, the formula of our Valhalla is well thought out. This may well be the reason why it has become a constant for so many people. Thanks to the perfectly balanced ingredients, Valhalla delivers exactly what it should, namely results in the form of focus, energy and performance in the gym. So what are you waiting for? Valhalla is calling for you.
