SCITEC BCAA + Glutamine Xpress combines 5 g BCAA and 5 g L-glutamine per 12 g serving in the classic 2:1:1 BCAA ratio, supplemented with 300 mg taurine. One serving dissolves in 600 ml of cold water, the 600 g can covers 50 servings.

Three components in one serving

The formula provides 5 g of BCAA per portion (12 g), divided into 2.5 g of L-leucine and 1.25 g each of L-isoleucine and L-valine. In addition, there are 5 g of L-glutamine in the same proportion as the BCAA and 300 mg of taurine as an accompanying component.

This means that a single serving covers three separate sources of amino acids. If you work with whey protein or pure BCAA powder, Glutamine Xpress supplements the amino acid pool with glutamine and taurine in a single drinking solution.

How to use the workout drink

The powder is mixed with 600 ml of cold water. This makes the portion much more diluted than a concentrated amino acid shot. It works well as an accompanying drink during training, which is drunk in sips.

One portion a day is sufficient, the 600 g can covers 50 portions. Available in apple and watermelon flavors, both sugar-free and gluten-free according to EU standards.
