BioTech USA BCAA 6000 provides 6 g of BCAA in four compressed tablets daily, in the classic 2:1:1 ratio. The formula does not require the addition of vitamins and the 100-tablet can provides a 25-day supply.

What the tablet form provides

Per daily dose (4 tablets) you get 3 g L-leucine, 1.5 g L-valine and 1.5 g L-isoleucine. The formula is focused on BCAA and contains no vitamins, flavorings or sweeteners.

The compressed tablets can be taken without a water mix or shaker, a daily dose only requires a glass of water. This makes BCAA 6000 particularly suitable for athletes who want to incorporate their amino acid supply into their daily routine as minimally as possible.

How to divide the daily dose

BioTech recommends two tablets twice a day with meals. On training days, the second portion is taken directly after training, on rest days it is divided between lunch and dinner.

With a daily consumption of 4 tablets, the 100-tablet tin is sufficient for 25 days. For athletes who work out three to four times a week, one pack will cover about three to four weeks.
