120 capsules, each containing 500 mg L-tyrosine in free form, supplemented with a vitamin B complex. PEAK Tyrosine is one of the classics in the brand's range and is often used by athletes before training.

L-tyrosine is a semi-essential amino acid. Although the body produces it itself from L-phenylalanine, it cannot always keep up with high physical or mental exertion. In sports nutrition, L-tyrosine is one of the most popular single amino acids, often in combination with caffeine.

What makes PEAK Tyrosine special?

There are many pure L-tyrosine capsules. PEAK adds niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, each providing 50% of the recommended daily intake. The same concept as PEAK Tryptophan: amino acid plus B-vitamin support in one capsule.

How to take

Take 1 capsule per day on an empty stomach with water or juice. L-tyrosine is best absorbed if it is not taken with a meal.
