The raw material used comes from fish that live in cold sea regions. This origin is no coincidence: cold waters favor a higher natural fat content in the fish, which influences the quality of the subsequent oil. Olimp draws on this established source and extracts a concentrate with 65 percent long-chain fatty acids. The capsule itself has a neutral taste and is easy to swallow.

Why Olimp relies on 65 percent concentration

Higher is not always better. A concentration of 65 percent means that a single capsule already contains a sufficient amount of EPA and DHA to clearly exceed the EFSA reference amount for normal heart function (250 mg per day).
