Brief description of glucosamine

Glucosamine is an effective supplement based on glucosamine sulphate. Glucosamine is a component of synovial fluid, connective tissue and cartilage.

The supplement is supplemented and optimized with collagen protein, another component of connective tissue, and vitamin E. Vitamin C has also been shown to contribute to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage function.

This Glucosamine Formula has a very good price-performance ratio, but cannot quite match the Multi-Formula Arthro Stack.

What can I expect from glucosamine?

Glucosamine provides your body with important components of connective tissue, cartilage and synovial fluid and can also contribute to normal collagen formation and normal cartilage function thanks to the high-dose vitamin C.

However, glucosamine is a dietary supplement that can only develop an optimal overall effect as part of a joint-conscious diet with sufficient omega 3 fatty acids and fewer omega 6 fatty acids, plenty of collagen protein, fruit and vegetables and additional supplementation (DHA / EPA / GLA, Ultra A-Z ).

Functionality and mode of action of glucosamine

Today's high life expectancy requires a good supply of special nutrients, especially in connection with sporting activities.

Glucosamine sulphate consists of 64% glucosamine and 36% sulphur. Glucosamine is a derivative of D-glucose and the main component of chondroitin, a glycosaminoglycan (GAG), and an elementary component of joints, cartilage and connective tissue.

The collagen in glucosamine is a structural protein that is the most common human protein, accounting for around 30 percent of the total. Collagen is also an important organic component of connective tissue (extracellular matrix).

The high-dose vitamin C (180 mg/portion) in glucosamine contributes to normal collagen formation and thus to the normal function of cartilage, teeth/tooth flesh, skin, blood vessels and bones and is able to help maintain a normal immune system and - like the high-dose vitamin E - protect the cells from oxidative stress.
