High-dose EAA profile with a focus on leucine
With 3334 mg L-leucine per serving, Inlead focuses on a high leucine content, which accounts for around a third of the total EAA content. Leucine is described in research as the most important single trigger of muscle protein synthesis. The remaining profile is divided between L-valine (1469 mg), L-lysine hydrochloride (1469 mg), L-phenylalanine (1200 mg), L-threonine (1000 mg), L-isoleucine (600 mg), L-histidine (460 mg), L-methionine (334 mg) and L-tryptophan (134 mg).
It is striking that L-valine (1469 mg) is dosed significantly higher than L-isoleucine (600 mg). Most EAA products on the market keep isoleucine and valine at a similar level. Inlead deliberately deviates here and shifts the focus towards valine.
Recommended intake
The manufacturer recommends preparing 15 g (1 level measuring spoon) with 500 ml water in a shaker. The powder dissolves well and is available in four flavors, with Coke Flavor and Tropical being particularly popular.
Gigas Nutrition tip: If you use Inlead EAA as a basic supply and would also like to supplement BCAAs, electrolytes or cluster dextrin, you will find suitable products in our amino acids range. Our Cluster Dextrin from GN Laboratories is suitable for combining with carbohydrates during training.
