    Bergamot is a citrus fruit that is not suitable for consumption and appears to be a cross between a citron and a bitter orange

According to the latest studies, consuming its extract can have a very positive effect on blood lipid levels and the cardiovascular system. It has been proven that the intake can significantly improve the balance of LDL and HDL cholesterol and thus the total cholesterol.
