As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast. If necessary, take another capsule six to eight hours later on an empty stomach. Start with one capsule before breakfast and one capsule six to eight hours later to assess individual tolerance. Do not use this product for more than 8 weeks followed by a four-week break. Do not exceed 3 capsules within 24 hours.

40 mg beta-carotene per capsule - what makes the formula special?

Most beta-carotene capsules provide one ingredient. BetaSUN provides four different carotenoids: beta-carotene (40 mg), lutein, astaxanthin and carotene from carrots. These are stored in the skin and provide a more natural tone than pure beta-carotene alone.

There is also L-tyrosine and L-cysteine. Both amino acids are used by the body as building blocks for melanin, the pigment responsible for the natural tanning of the skin. Copper rounds this off: it contributes to normal skin pigmentation.¹⁾

What makes BetaSUN different from other tanning capsules?

The short answer: the breadth of the formula. A typical product relies on beta-carotene in a dosage of 8 to 15 mg and perhaps a B vitamin. BetaSUN goes three steps further.

The difference is in the approach. A pure beta-carotene product relies on a single mechanism. BetaSUN provides carotenoids, the building blocks for the body's own pigmentation and antioxidant protection in one capsule.

Who are these tanning capsules suitable for?

If you train hard, you want to see the results. Tanned skin makes muscles look more defined and provides more contrast on stage or in the mirror. The carotenoids in BetaSUN are stored in the skin, while vitamin E helps to protect the cells from oxidative stress¹⁾ - which is caused not only by sun exposure, but also by intensive training itself.

Also popular on vacation: many people start taking it four to six weeks before their summer vacation. Those who regularly go to the solarium appreciate the combination of carotenoids and the antioxidant protection provided by vitamin E.

Just as useful in winter: If the sun hardly shines and you still don't want to look pale, the carotenoids ensure a warmer skin tone, even without sun exposure.

Intake: When and how many capsules per day?

The best time is in the morning on an empty stomach. Start with one capsule before breakfast. If necessary, you can take a second capsule six to eight hours later.

For summer vacations: start four to six weeks in advance. The carotenoids need time to accumulate in the skin. If you only start at the airport, you will miss out on the effect.

Important: Do not take more than eight weeks at a time, then take a four-week break. A maximum of three capsules within 24 hours.
