Anabolic Amino 9000 Mega Tabs from Olimp Sport Nutrition combines 1,800 mg of amino acids and peptides from three animal hydrolysate sources per tablet: Whey protein, chicken protein and bovine protein. Three animal protein sources in one tablet

The formula combines whey protein hydrolysate, chicken protein hydrolysate and bovine protein hydrolysate to create a 55% protein hydrolysate blend. Each 6-tablet serving provides 11 g protein and 10,680 mg amino acids, including 749 mg L-leucine, 735 mg L-lysine and 455 mg L-valine.

Three sources mean different amino acid profiles in one tablet. Those who work with whey protein powder will find the same protein source here in tablet form, supplemented with egg and beef hydrolysate.

What the biological value describes

The biological value (BV) is a laboratory value for protein quality. Whey hydrolysate reaches 104, egg hydrolysate 100. Olimp states both values on the label.

The recommended intake is based on body weight: under 70 kg two tablets three times a day, 70 to 90 kg three times, 90 to 105 kg three times four, over 105 kg three times five. This way, the daily amount of amino acids is adapted to the individual body size.
