Six specialized blends in one formula

The special feature of AllDayYouMay is the division into six functional complexes. The BCAA Blend provides 6000 mg of branched-chain amino acids in an unusual 10:1:1 ratio, which prioritizes a very high proportion of leucine. Leucine is considered by researchers to be the most important trigger for muscle protein synthesis.

The Conditionally Essential Amino Acid Blend contains 2800 mg of L-glutamine, L-carnitine and N-acetyl cysteine. The Amino Acid Support Blend contributes 960 mg, including L-taurine, coconut water powder and leucic acid. The Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend with 1500 mg utilizes patented CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine and CopMax Creatinol-O-Phosphate.
