What is clear whey isolate?

Many brands color simple protein and call it "clear". We have included this product in our range because it is technically clean. The basis is a high-purity whey protein isolate.

In contrast to a creamy shake, this isolate undergoes special filtration and acidification processes during production. You can imagine it like this: The whey is freed from unwanted fats and lactose until only the pure protein remains.

Preparation: How to make your refreshing Clear Protein

Due to the purity of the protein and the absence of fat, this product behaves physically differently to a creamy shake. When shaken, the surface tension initially creates foam.

The anti-foam guide:

  1. Shake: Mix 30 g of powder with 500 ml of cold water.
  2. Wait: Leave the shake to stand for around 30 to 60 seconds.
  3. Enjoy: As soon as the foam has settled, the drink is clear. Best enjoyed ice cold.
