One capsule delivers 300 mg of root extract (Withania somnifera), standardised to 5 % withanolides; that makes 15 mg per capsule and 30 mg per daily serving. So the 600 in the name stands for the daily serving, not the capsule content. You will find the exact values in the nutrition table.

KSM-66® is a branded raw material obtained exclusively from the root of the sleepberry. The standardisation guarantees you the same withanolide content in every capsule. Besides the extract, the formula contains only fillers and anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts and silicon dioxide. The capsule shell is made of gelatine.

How do you take the capsules?
