Ingredients:

On training days: Take 5 capsules 30 minutes before training or physical activity.

Vaso Grow from Dedicated Nutrition

Vaso Grow is a pump booster in capsule form. The formula contains betaine nitrate as NO3-T®, grape seed extract, pine bark extract and AstraGin®. One tub contains 125 capsules.

What is in Vaso Grow?

The nutrition table lists 3,000 mg of betaine nitrate per 5 capsules, comprising 2,700 mg of betaine and 300 mg of nitrate. It also lists 300 mg each of grape seed and pine bark extracts, plus 50 mg of AstraGin®.

AstraGin® consists of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng. Other listed ingredients are the anti-caking agents magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, and microcrystalline cellulose as a filler.

There is no powder to mix. See “Recommended use” for the intake instructions on training days and rest days. Also follow the instructions on the packaging.
