L-tyrosine is a semi-essential amino acid. The body can produce it itself from L-phenylalanine, but does not always keep up under high physical or mental strain. In sports nutrition, L-tyrosine is one of the most popular single amino acids, frequently combined with caffeine.

Ingredients:

What Makes PEAK Tyrosine Special?

There are plenty of pure L-tyrosine capsules out there. PEAK adds niacin, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 on top, each at 50% of the recommended daily intake. The same concept as PEAK Tryptophan: amino acid plus B vitamin support in one capsule.

Dosage
