What Are GDA Capsules (Glucose Disposal Agent)?
GDA stands for Glucose Disposal Agent. Glucose Disposal Agents are dietary supplements that you take specifically with carbohydrate-rich meals. Typical ingredients include berberine, Gymnema sylvestre, alpha-lipoic acid, and chromium.
Gods Rage GDA bundles seven such ingredients into one capsule formula. You take them with your carbohydrate-rich meal, which for athletes in a building phase is often the big post-workout meal.
Berbevis®: The Heart of the Formula
What makes the formula special is Berbevis®, a patented branded raw material from the Italian manufacturer Indena. Instead of plain berberine, Berbevis® uses phytosome technology, in which the active compound is bound to phospholipids. This is one of the rarest and highest-quality forms of berberine on the market.
The active compound is obtained from the root extract of Berberis aristata, standardized to 30% berberine. Each daily serving (4 capsules) packs 600 mg of Berbevis® into the formula, including 180 mg of berberine. The phytosome technology is designed for better absorption. Indena puts the bioavailability at roughly ten times higher than with conventional berberine.1
Berbevis® takes the elaborate route via the phospholipid complex instead of simple berberine HCl. Anyone who makes no compromises on raw materials will recognize the difference here.
Seven Active Ingredients, Honestly Written on the Label
Around Berbevis®, the formula bundles seven active ingredients. What makes it special is the honesty: each one is listed with its amount on the label, and the key plant extracts are standardized to their marker compound. Standardized means that every capsule delivers the same amount, batch after batch, instead of just ground powder.
So Gymnema sylvestre, fenugreek, banaba, and quercetin contain no empty milligrams but defined marker compounds such as gymnemic acids, saponins, and corosolic acid. The exact amounts are listed in the nutrition table, openly and completely.
NA-R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid: The Stable R-Form
With alpha-lipoic acid, the form matters. The formula contains NA-R-alpha-lipoic acid, the sodium salt of the R-form. R-alpha-lipoic acid is the naturally occurring, bioactive variant, and as a sodium salt it is more stable than the pure acid.

What Chromium Contributes to the Formula

That fits a carbohydrate-rich meal perfectly.
How Many Capsules Do You Take?
Take 1 to 2 capsules with plenty of fluid with a carbohydrate-rich meal. One capsule is the starting point for a normal meal. Two capsules suit an especially large, very carbohydrate-rich meal.
The second capsule brings double the amount of all active ingredients to exactly that meal. For several carbohydrate-rich meals per day, a maximum of 4 capsules is intended. Please do not exceed this limit.
One container holds 120 capsules. At one capsule daily, it lasts four months; at two capsules, two months. If you go all in with four capsules, one container lasts a month.

Berbevis® uses phytosome technology, while conventional products mostly use berberine HCl. In the phytosome, the berberine is bound to phospholipids, which Indena credits with a roughly ten times higher bioavailability. This puts the formula among the highest-quality berberine sources and sets it clearly apart from standard berberine.
1 or 2 capsules, which is better?
That depends on the meal, not on you. One capsule is enough for a normal carbohydrate-rich meal. Two capsules bring twice the amount of active ingredients to a very large meal. More than four capsules a day is not intended.
How long does one tin last?
Between one and four months, depending on the dose. 120 pieces last four months at one capsule a day, and one month at four capsules. That makes the 120-count tin more economical than the usual 90-count packs on the market. You reorder less often.
Are the GDA capsules vegan?
Yes, completely. All active ingredients are plant-based, and the capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. There is no gelatine in the formula. That makes it suitable for any vegan and vegetarian diet.
Can I combine GDA with other supplements?
Yes, they slot easily into your setup. The capsules are geared to the meal, not to one particular other supplement. Anyone who only wants the single compound additionally reaches for pure berberine. What always matters is a balanced basic diet.
