What are caffeine tablets and how do they work?
Caffeine occurs naturally in coffee beans, tea and other plants. What happens in the body: Caffeine acts on the nervous system and blocks adenosine, the substance that triggers symptoms of fatigue. The result is more alertness and an increase in concentration¹⁾.
The difference to coffee or energy drinks: exact dosage. One cup provides something between 50 and 100 mg, depending on the bean and preparation. With a tablet, you always know exactly what you're getting: exactly 200 mg of caffeine.
Plus: no stomach rumbling, no bitter aftertaste, no waiting time at the coffee machine. Insert the tablet, follow with water and you're done.
What makes Caffeine Boost different from other caffeine tablets?
Most caffeine tablets are empty after three months. Caffeine Boost lasts a whole year:
| Property | Caffeine Boost | Typical product |
| Caffeine per tablet | 200 mg | 100-200 mg |
| Tablets per can | 365 (annual supply) | 90-120 pieces |
| Tablet form | Mini tablet (easy to swallow) | Standard tablet or capsule |
| Unnecessary additives | None | Often fillers, colorants |
| Manufactured in | Germany (GMP-certified) | Not always traceable |
| Vegan | Yes | Not always |
365 tablets means: a complete year's supply in one can. Most other products are empty after two to four months.
The mini tablet form makes it easy to swallow, even if you're not normally a fan of tablets.
Who benefits most from a caffeine tablet?
Before training: 30 minutes before, one tablet, done. No shaker, no measuring, no bitter taste. Whether strength, endurance or team sports. Many people use caffeine specifically to boost their performance.
In everyday working life: everyone knows the afternoon slump. Half to a whole tablet helps to eliminate tiredness and gets you through the last few hours without having to run to the coffee machine three times.
On the go: Fits in any bag, needs no water to mix, no accessories. Simply put it in your pocket and take it when you need it.
The best way to take Caffeine Boost
Training: One tablet (200 mg) about 30 minutes before. This is enough to ensure that the caffeine gets to where it is needed.
Everyday life: If you are tired in the afternoon, half a tablet (100 mg) is often enough. Important: Do not take caffeine tablets after 4 pm. Caffeine has a half-life of 4 to 6 hours, which can cost you sleep.
If you are not yet used to caffeine: start with half a tablet and see how you react to it. Some people notice a clear effect with just 100 mg. A certain tolerance can build up over time. If you notice that consumption becomes less noticeable, simply take a break for a few days.
In the stack: Caffeine goes well with creatine and beta-alanine as a pre-workout combination. We have a large selection of suitable products.
