This quick potato and egg dish fits perfectly into any Paleo diet plan

Ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs
- ½ slivered sweet potato
- ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Spray a frying pan with coconut oil spray and heat over a medium heat.
- Add the sliced sweet potato to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the spices and cook the mixture for another minute
- Add the eggs and cover the pan as soon as the sweet potato pieces start to turn golden around the edges.
- Cook the eggs for 3 minutes.
