In the Workout category you will find all products that are intended for use during the time window before, during and after training. This includes pre-workout products that are taken during the last half hour before training, intra-workout products that are consumed during training and post-workout products that are used directly after training. These products will help you to increase your training performance, improve pump and blood flow during training, delay the onset of fatigue, accelerate recovery during and after training, prevent a catabolic environment (conducive to muscle breakdown), create an anabolic environment (conducive to muscle building) and promote muscle growth.

Pre-workout products for use before training

Pre-workout products, which are consumed during the last half hour before training, are designed to improve your training performance and enable you to train more intensively and productively. These products are roughly divided into complex pre-workout products that contain stimulants (pre-workout/stim category) and complex pre-workout products that are free of stimulants (pre-workout/stim free category). Post-workout products for use after training

Post-workout products are designed to provide your body and muscles with all the nutrients essential for recovery, such as rapidly digestible protein, branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), glutamine and rapidly absorbable carbohydrates, as quickly as possible after training. These products allow your body to transition from an exercise-induced catabolic state to an anabolic state as quickly as possible, replenishing depleted glycogen stores and replacing amino acids such as BCAAs and glutamine used during exercise.
