MGN-3

MGN-3 is a product consisting of a combination of rice bran with chemicals from shiitake, kawaratake and suehirotake mushrooms. MGN-3 is used as a medicine. MGN-3 is used to improve the function of the immune system and to increase the body's defenses against disease, to prevent and treat cancer, to treat AIDS and other immune disorders, and to treat hepatitis, diabetes and chronic fatigue syndrome.

How does MGN-3 work?

MGN-3 may work by improving the function of the body's natural immune system.

How effective is MGN-3?

There is not enough scientific data to make a statement about the effectiveness of MGN-3 for AIDS, hepatitis, diabetes and chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as for improving the function of the immune system and preventing and treating cancer. Further scientific research is needed to evaluate the effectiveness of MGN-3 in these applications.

Safety and side effects

There is not enough information to say whether MGN-3 is safe and harmless or what side effects it may have.

Precautions and warnings

Pregnancy and lactation: Not enough is known about the use of MGN-3 during pregnancy and lactation. For this reason, pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid MGN-3.

Interactions

At the present time there is no information on interactions of MGN-3 with medications or supplements.

Dosage

An appropriate dosage of MGN-3 depends on various factors such as age, state of health and others. At this time, there is insufficient scientific data to make a statement about appropriate dosage ranges for MGN-3. For this reason, you should follow the dosage instructions on the label and/or consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
