Want a booster without additional caffeine? Compare caffeine-free formulas from GN Laboratories, Gods Rage, Big Zone and Dedicated. Whether you prefer a fruity drink or capsules that do not need mixing, choose according to the ingredients, serving size and your preferences.

Pre-workout without caffeine: what suits your training?

Perhaps you train after work, have already had coffee during the day or prefer to avoid caffeine when exercising. A caffeine-free formula is then a useful selection criterion. The other ingredients vary from product to product.

The powders Narc Pump, Fenrir White Pump and Bloodstorm 2.0 contain citrulline malate, arginine in different forms, taurine and glycerol powder. N.O Synergy and VasoGrow capsules have different ingredient profiles. They are therefore not an identical serving of powder in a different format.

    Powder or capsules? Your options

Three powders, different ways to mix

How much would you like to drink before training? Alongside the ingredient list, the amount of water is a practical difference. There are five flavours to choose from:

    ProductFlavourPowder per servingWater for mixing
Narc PumpBlood Orange or Red Berries23 g500–700 ml
Fenrir White PumpOrange or Sour Bulls26 g200–300 ml
    Bloodstorm 2.0Peach20 g300–500 ml

A larger serving of powder does not automatically mean more of every individual ingredient. If you want to compare citrulline, for example, the stated amount and form matter. Citrulline malate contains both citrulline and malate, so the amount in grams is not the amount of pure L-citrulline alone.

It is worth taking the same approach to arginine: Narc Pump and Fenrir White Pump contain L-arginine hydrochloride, or HCl for short. Bloodstorm 2.0 contains L-arginine nitrate. Compare the same form or the explicitly stated arginine content rather than simply placing the amounts in milligrams side by side.

Capsules with their own ingredient profiles

Prefer not to mix a flavoured powder? Take a look at the capsules, comparing their formulas too:

Your choice is therefore about more than drinking or swallowing. You are also choosing between different ingredients. The full ingredient list and directions for use are on each product page.

How to compare pack size and price per serving

How many training sessions does a tub cover? Narc Pump contains 460 g and provides 20 servings at 23 g each. Bloodstorm 2.0 contains 300 g, giving 15 servings of 20 g. Fenrir White Pump contains 500 g, providing around 19 servings of 26 g. To compare prices, divide the current tub price by the number of servings. For capsules, check how many capsules make up a serving.

Then compare products whose ingredients suit your preferences. A lower price per serving does not make two different formulas equivalent. Flavourings and sweeteners are also part of the choice: the three powders listed here contain sucralose and are not unflavoured.

When and how much to take depends on the product

Narc Pump and Bloodstorm 2.0 are intended to be taken about 30 minutes before training, and Fenrir White Pump 30–45 minutes beforehand. When measuring your serving, follow the amount in grams on your pack. Scoops and serving sizes are not interchangeable between products.

The stated intake applies even without caffeine. If you use other supplements, compare their ingredients so that you do not unintentionally combine overlapping formulas.

Frequently asked questions about caffeine-free boosters

    Is every pump booster caffeine-free?

No. The name “pump” alone is not enough to make your choice. The specific formula matters. Check for added caffeine, plant extracts and information about their caffeine content. “Caffeine-free” and “free from all stimulants” are not automatically the same thing.

Can I take a caffeine-free booster in the evening?

If you prefer not to consume additional caffeine before training late in the day, you can choose a caffeine-free formula. However, this does not guarantee undisturbed sleep. Continue to follow the directions and warnings for the particular product.

Do the boosters listed here contain creatine or beta-alanine?

The five formulas presented here contain neither creatine nor beta-alanine. Other boosters may be different. If a particular ingredient matters to you, always check your chosen product version.

    Can booster powders form lumps?

Yes. The raw ingredients in Bloodstorm 2.0 can cause lumps to form. Follow the instructions on your tub for storage and mixing.

What does a caffeine-free booster offer?

You can choose a ready-made formula to take before training without consuming additional caffeine through that formula. The amino acids, plant extracts and other ingredients you get depend on the product. “Caffeine-free” alone does not describe a shared effect of all boosters.
