Complaint

You can cancel the contract within 14 days and then return the goods received. The revocation can be exercised without giving reasons and is therefore not subject to any conditions. The declaration of revocation must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the delivered goods. The deadline is only granted if Gigas Nutrition receives the written declaration of revocation within the deadline. For this purpose, please contact our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com

Food supplements are subject to a limited right of return, as are medical aids and foodstuffs.

We only accept these goods unused and in their original sealed packaging.

If you use or consume these goods or part of them, you are obliged to accept them.

For legal and hygienic reasons, the goods can therefore only be taken back if you have only inspected the goods, i.e.

  • not opened,
  • not used,
  • not consumed,
  • not used
  • the product seal has not been altered, broken or opened

Products must be returned to Gigas Nutrition at the customer's expense. All goods must be insured by the customer. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned goods by Gigas Nutrition, Order Returns. Shipping costs and delivery charges are non-refundable. If the goods are not insured and are lost or damaged during the return shipment, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Specialty items (free bars, t-shirts, etc.) must also be returned if the associated item is returned. A refund cannot be guaranteed if these items are not returned.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Should it happen that you have received a damaged delivery or an incorrect item from us, please write an e-mail to our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com within 24 hours. The customer must report transport damage in writing by e-mail no later than 24 hours after receipt of the goods. He must also notify the post office in writing within 24 hours. Gigas Nutrition cannot otherwise grant any claim for rectification.
