    To be honest, we all love the delicious taste of creamy ice cream - and not just in summer when it's hot. Unfortunately, ice cream is usually made primarily of fat and sugar. For this reason, many athletes and figure-conscious people often refrain completely from ice cream or are plagued with a bad conscience after enjoying it.

    But we at Frankys Bakery have good news for you:

    We have turned unhealthy ice cream into a delicacy that fits into the diet of every athlete and figure-conscious person. From now on, you can enjoy delicious, creamy ice cream without a guilty conscience and at the same time even increase your protein intake significantly. Our ice cream mix contains 37 grams of high-quality protein per 100 grams of powder, which is unique for ice cream. Of course, ice cream must also contain a little fat, because without fat, a delicious creamy consistency is not achievable and you would rather have the feeling of sipping an ice cube. We have reduced this amount of fat to a minimum and instead of using cream or vegetable fats, which you will find in traditional ice cream, we use coconut oil that is rich in medium-chain triglycerides which are also known as MCTs. MCTs have the advantage that they are metabolized by your body more like carbohydrates than fats and therefore provide readily available energy.

    Our ice cream blend is available in many delicious flavours, ranging from fruity flavours like strawberry or forest fruit to stracciatella, coconut and cookie dough chocolat chip. Protein Ice Cream by Frankys Bakery is fast to prepare and ready to eat after being in the freezer for 1.5 to 3 hours.

    Frankys Bakery - traditional treats since 1954!

    1. Mix 1 serving (50 g) Protein Ice cream powder with 100 ml water and shake for 2 minutes until blended. In order to achieve better consistence use a mixer.
    2. Pour the mixture into a plastic container and freeze for 1,5-3 hours.
    3. Consume within 10 days, store in freezer

    Text: Das Cocos-Eis ist der Hammer! Wir haben es 2 Stunden im Eisfach gelassen und es hatte eine super Konsistenz und hat mega cremig geschmeckt. Bei der 2. Portion werden wir etwas mehr Wasser dazu geben, es war doch ziemlich süß. Aber an heißen Tagen ein adäquater Shake-Ersatz, topp!
