Even the proposed "clean" bodybuilding diet, that often contains primarily broccoli, turkey, brown rice and protein powder and may be perfect in terms of macronutrient intake, is a perfect recipe for vitamin and mineral deficiencies. In addition to this, our modern food will usually contain only small amounts of minerals and vitamins due to long storage and heavy processing ...
