| Text: Bereits früher hatte ich zu Produkten gegriffen, um meine lädierte Schulter wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen.|
Damals allerdings alles einzeln, nämlich MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Cissus und einige andere Dinge. Alles in Kapselform, was für mich eine wahre Qual ist. Doch es half meiner Schulter, in Verbindung mit Beweglichkeitstraining, wieder schmerzfrei zu werden.
Nun plagten mich Knieprobleme, die ich allein mit Beweglichkeitstraining nicht in den Griff bekam. Durch Zufall bin ich über dieses Produkt gestolpert und freute mich, alles kombiniert und in Pulverform vorzufinden. Tatsächlich dauerte es gerade einmal vier Tage und meinem Knie ging es deutlich besser. Das hatten vier Monate Mobility und reduziertes Beintraining nicht geschafft. ... Hätte ich auch mal früher drauf kommen können ;)
