Apart from that, the question "EAAs or BCAAs?" does not arise as the BCAAs are included in the EAAs. An EAA supplement has the advantage that it additionally supplies your body with the essential amino acids L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan and L-histidine.
